Dear Pat,
This letter conveys transmittal to you today of our computer c13 described as follows....
SRI agrees to return c13 upon request of Welch, and may notify Welch at any time of desire to return c13.
This computer has the SDS program installed in accordance with understandings and for the purpose of pilot testing the SDS program for a period of approximately 2 weeks, as further set out in the letter to SRI on November 30, 2001.
By signature hereon, SRI acknowledge receipt of the computer for pilot testing SDS, and agrees not to transfer any SDS program code by any means to another person, computer or media.
