Dear Ken,
Your letter on August 11, 2000 advised that 10 backup tapes would be backordered because they are not in stock, and that we should received them by about August 24.
On August 16 CE invoice #w44290 dated August 14 shows 10 tapes backordered.
We have not received these tapes. Can you expedite delivery, and let me know what action has been taken, and when CE now expects to make delivery?
