Incorrect Tapes RMA CA 32253

Dear Ken,

Per your letter dated and received today via email, this letter advises that CE requirements have been performed for RMA #CA 32253 transaction to return backup tapes which were incorrectly specified by Exabyte and sold by CE, as compabible with the Exabyte Mammoth LT tape drive purchased from CE on August 7. Since the tapes turned out not to be compabitle, CE has arranged for return shipment.

Your letter today says UPS will pick up the shipment within 14 days.

This action cancels CE invoice #W34259 dated August 3, 2000 for the incorrect tapes, which are ready to be picked up by CE's shipper.
