Safety Inspection Procedures Free Upon Customer Request

Dear Mr. Welch,
As requested, this follow-up letter is to share actions which were taken post
our phone conversation.
- I contacted the local General Tire dealer. They have no known concerns
with those tires and didn't feel it was necessary to inspect it with
approx 50,000 files of wear. In our conversation you didn't want the
tire returned so we have discarded it.
- I've spoken to Mr. Smith, Service manager and hope the following
procedure will assist you. Our normal, Seasonal Vehicle Inspection is
currently free upon request by our customers. The inspection will be
noted on the Repair Order for the customer's review.
